PROFILES

The BasicC4D profile starts the personal development journey. The 11 page profile is a snap shot of you at “base camp”. It provides an opportunity to discuss the options you have in terms of your behaviours – those you have now, those you wish to develop and others you may wish to minimise or discard. It gives an overview of how you see yourself, your strengths and areas for development and is designed to act as a self-coaching action plan. The 9 page Team profile builds on the BasicC4D profile and identifies your preferred communication style, and how to communicate with others. It also highlights your strengths in a team, and the areas for development. We are currently designing profiles specifically for COACHING and YOUNG PEOPLE.
