We believe personality profiling should be for everyone, and that colour creates a common language.

Clarity4D was started in 2008 because the three directors saw the need for a simple colour profiling system to be available to a wider range of people. Personality profiling is traditionally used in business, and because of the cost, typically only senior managers benefit from self-understanding. Clarity4D provides a suite of profiles which can be used by people (young and older) who are going through a change in their lives, as well as people at every stage of their careers in the corporate world.

      Meet the team

      Between them they have many years of knowledge and experience in:

      • Judy Oliver

        Managing Director, Judy was originally a Dale Carnegie facilitator and has worked with organisations globally for over 20 years, designing and delivering leadership and management courses.  Judy wrote the 'words' for the Clarity4D profiles.  She is passionate about developing confidence and leadership in young people having been the Chair of Governors of a Further Education College and group of academy schools in the UK.

      • Steve Davies

        Steve, CFO, has extensive experience in personal and corporate development. After serving as an officer in the British army, he spent several years in the world of finance, and has been involved in learning and development travelling the world accrediting trainers for many years.  He believes the global language of colour creates a platform by which to understand DIVERSITY and drive greater INCLUSION in all communities, both corporate and non-corporate.

      • Louise Dennington

        With a career in training, employee engagement and marketing, Louise is instrumental in bringing all aspects of our marketing and events together.  She is on-going support for existing Business Partners and a key contact for anyone considering undertaking the Clarity4D accreditation.

      • Penny Toulson

        Penny’s career spans over 25 years working with Chief Execs, Managing Directors and their teams. She has managed the admin team for Clarity4D since the company started and really enjoys a role that requires a proactive approach as well as a quick, reactive response. 

      • Kate Crombie

        Kate has worked as a PA at Director level for more than 18 years, with experience in payroll, HR administration and finance. She particularly enjoys all things social media, and has a great eye for detail, vital in the work that she carries out in support of the Clarity4D team.

      • Carina Clark

        Carina has a wealth of experience in many areas including customer service, event management and marketing. She has spent many years working in the travel industry and as a result, has a vast knowledge of all things travel related, great for our work with our Global Business Partners.
